Training requirements

- Phase 1 Foundation certification by February 1st, 2023
- English language comprehension
- At least 18 years of age

Pre-training

We highly suggest familiarizing yourself with all of the Metamorphosis vocabulary prior to the beginning of the training. This way you'll be able to focus on details and nuance of the movements!

Join live sessions or watch later

The beauty of online trainings is you can watch them as they happen or on your own schedule! The training will be available for you to access in the future which makes a great tool as you progress in your dance training.

Registration details

Registration opens at 10a CDT on Friday, Oct 21st. We suggest setting an alarm since we limit the capacity at these trainings to ensure a good student experience. This six-day intensive is $525 for Practitioners or $575 for Practitioner/Teachers and we are happy to offer payment plans. Save a spot with half ($263/$288) or one fourth ($132 or $144) when registering.

*Teacher-specific training
Testing for certification will occur during the last 2 hour session of the training. Testing is $75 for Practitioners or $125 for Practitioner/Teachers. If you will be missing the live session, you can test at a later date for an additional fee.
